maybe you can try may source code,
it's will work on vpopmail-4.9.32
just change the original of vdelivermail.c with my vdelivermail.c
and put quotawarn1 and quotawarn2 into VPOPMAILDIR/bin/
ps:VPOPMAILDIR is your vpopmail directory.
