Yes. Learn SMTP.

How was this message sent? If you telneted to port 25, you need to check
how SMTP works. If it was sent with a MUA, your MUA is broken.

You do not have a user with the mail address
"<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>"
on your machine.
