our HDD ran out of space so i had to move to a new one. I did install a base qmail/vpopmail and followed LWQ. All was working well, but not the pop3d authentication. :( After checking the whole install several times i found out, that vdominfo shows me UID 504 and GID 100 for my domains, but they all have been chowned to user vpopmail:vchkpw (89:89) as i did the install. Whats happened here? Where vdominfo gets his info if not from the files attributes? Any hints.. zzzzzzzzzz... 02:16am now... niterz... Anton
