Is that not for email delivery?
I have complied vpopmail as follows:
./configure --enable-vpopuser=vpopmail --enable-apop=y --enable-logging=y
--enable-default-domain=xsinet.co.za --enable-tcpserver-file

and no luck with pop3 logon using only user name.
what am I missing???
