vchangepass - 0.2

I've updated my tool/patch for changing vpopmail passwords via IMP, for
anyone that's interested.  You can download it here:

- 7/27/2000 - Changed name from Vpopmail-changepass to vchangepass.
            - Now using a modified poppassd.php3 instead of
              changepasswd.php3.  This is far more integrated with IMP
              and adheres to color schemes, etc.
            - using vchangepass (in C) instead of perl script.
            - new fancy install script
