The short answer: man procmail formail dot-qmail
The long answer: without any knowledge of your system setup, the
paging service you're using or your technical skills, there is no
answer for your problem. There is however a big likelihood that your
question will piss some people off seriously because you didn't even
invest 10s into a websearch, didn't read the qmail FAQ and therefore
withheld essential information and because your sentences suck.
