Telnet fail!

Hi folks,

I have a problem... I made all the installation as the documentation.
Now when I try to telnet localhost 110, a fail happens.

I'm using tcpserver with qmail + vpopmail...

su-2.03# telnet localhost 110

user [EMAIL PROTECTED]

pass teste
-ERR authorization failed
Connection closed by foreign host.

What should I do??
