Since our friend here brought this up, I was think about the possible idea
of allowing relay for certain members of the domain.
For example:
Domain - test.com
Users - admin boss worker1 worker2 worker3
Only admin & boss are allowed to send mail to everyone on that domain plus
any other email addresses in the world.
On the other hand, worker1 worker2 worker3 are only allowed to send to admin
boss worker1 worker2 & worker3.
There's a flag inside vpopmail but I don't know how effective would that
flag be. Also all the users are using sqwebmail as the MUA and no external
MUA (Outlook, Eudora ...) are allowed.
