Vpopmail closing conection with no reason

Hi ken,   I'm having some dificulties with vpopmail behaviour. When you enter a wrong password for an existing user, instead of an error message, we are disconected(session ends) with no message whatsoever.   Is this normal, or is a bug that has been solved ?   We currently use vpopmail 4.10.9 + Mysql auth.
