Qmail+VPOPMAIL+MYSQL ( urgent )

Hi all,

We trying to setup qmail + daemontools + USCP + Vpopmail to enable mysql
authentication for users. I have followed every recomandation on howtos
but we still have some problems with tcpserver when we lauch ( svc-start pop3D)
the message is : tcpserver:fatal error unable to bind : address already in use.
