I am making a joke that the receipient email server is running
sendmail and sendmail is broken. Sorry, bad joke. When it happens
it means that your server and thier server were not able to
open an smtp connection. What does that mean? could be many things
1) routing problems on the internet
2) receipient is overloaded and doesn't respond in time.
3) sun spots
4) etc, etc
Basicly, you can not come to any conclusions based on the
"deferral" line in your log files.
