Dont replace the dots with underscores

Login Name :                   totalauto%totalauto_com_au

should read

Login Name :                   totalauto%totalauto.com.au

That login name is assuming you have added a user called totalauto.
Did you? If you didn't try this

Login Name :                   postmaster%totalauto.com.au

Postmaster is the default account name.
