This patch allow runtime configuration of:

* default domain     : ie. VPOPMAIL_DOMAIN=foobar.com
* open smtp cur file : OPEN_SMTP_CUR_FILE=/etc/vpopmail/open-smtp
* open smtp tmp file : OPEN_SMTP_TMP_FILE=/etc/vpopmail/open-smtp.tmp
* tcp smtp file : TCP_SMTP_FILE=/etc/vpopmail/tcp.smtp (has to match your
qmail-smtpd settings)

* mysql server   : ie. MYSQL_SERVER=localhost
* mysql user     : ie. MYSQL_USER=vpopmail
* mysql password : ie. MYSQL_PASSWD=dummy
* mysql database : ie. MYSQL_DATABASE=vpopmail (most probably you won't change this)

You can enable this feature via configure
  --enable-runtime-config=y|n Enable or disable runtime configuration via
environment variables.

If it will be accepted into upstream, there will be need to add similar
functionality to other database modules (if there is need), but I don't
have to do this, so I will left adding this to other people.
