No it does not.

It ADDS something to the mysql support. Other databases have to catch-up.
The added functionality just put's the .dot-qmail functionality into the 
database so

a) the non-database users do not have to worry anyway - they can still use 
dot-qmail
b) the databases that are not covered by my patch can still use normal 
dot-qmail

How many times have i tell you that this thing does not break anything?
