(Current stable versions of qmail, qmailadmin, ezmlm, and vpopmail are
installed, on a RedHat release 6.2 box.)

Someone on the qmail list advised I could set up an announce-only list,
by eliminating ~/.qmail-list and ~/list, then piping messages directly
to ezmlm-send.

Only: I've got vpopmail installed -- and that changes things. :-)

Piping to ezmlm-send works okay, from the command line, as root -- but
I need for this to happen via a web form.

After two solid days of attempts, the most common error I find says
ezmlm-send doesn't have permission to 'cd' to (read from):

 /home/vpopmail/domains/my-domain/my-list

Any idea how to enable this, using a web form that submits to a Perl
script which in turn opens a pipe to ezmlm-send?

(True answers, thoughtful theories, and wild ideas, all welcome. :-)
