1. When tcpserver is setup, do I remove the hosts.allow RELAYCLIENT
line, or is it ignored?

2. Does the /var/qmail/users/cdb have anything to do with the
/home/vpopmail/etc/tcp.smtp.cdb?

3. Once pop and smtp are handled by tcpserver, how do I control access
to Courier-IMAP?
