Qmail reports no error for a missing email address!!!

Hi.

I have a little problem, i have installed Qmail 1.03, Qmailadmin, Vpopmail,
Sqwebmail everything working as expected, but if i remove the catch all account
and i send a message to a non existing account, the server doesn't notify the
sender that the email address doesn't exist.

Can someone tell me what i've been doing wrong?
