No. It is one file with one set of data. 

If you read over the djbdns web pages, Dan Bernstien talks about
how cdb can support gigabyte sized files. Lookups are very fast.
The only problem I've seen is it can take a very long time to
re-create the cdb files. I would suggest mysql or oracle or sybase.
