user-xxx delivery bug?

Hello,

Situation:  I send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED]  The address 
[EMAIL PROTECTED] doesn't exist in freemail.com.  The mail instead gets 
delivered to [EMAIL PROTECTED], which is the wrong address.  Shouldn't the mail be 
bounced back to me saying [EMAIL PROTECTED] doesn't exist?  Is this a 
vdelivermail problem?
