I think it has some problems. Some of my filters work, but by just changing
an e-mail address to another address the filter doesn't run.

I compiled the latest version 4.9.8 with --enable-
deliver-filter=y, touched the .vpopfilter file in
user's Maildir, but the examples from the README don't
work.
Any suggestions?
I saw a patch from Matthias Henze, but it's for 4.8.9.
