Relay problems with vpopmail + qmail

If any client will send a message it gets the error '553 sorry, that doman
isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)'

I'm using the tcpserver and vpopmail 4.9.7 with mysql. I've setup the
tcp.smtp file and every thing works fine. All clients IPs are in the relay
table but I can't relay any message. Roaming users are aktivated. What can I
do any more?
