Upgrading VPOPMail

I am currently running

ezmlm  0.53
ezmlm IDX 0.40
Qmail 1.03
VPOPMAIL 3.4.11

Should I upgrade? I am not having any problems with it at this point but I
am wondering if there were some good reasons for me to upgrade?
