I've just installed the latest version on vpopmail with qmail-1.03. I'm
trying to use a virtual domain with vpopmail, but I keep receiving the same
error. I've setup qmail to user Maildirs (and mail is being deliver
properly in the Maildir), but I can't seem to retrieve the mail using the
startup script provided with vpopmail:
# Start the pop server
env - PATH="/var/qmail/bin:/usr/local/bin" \
tcpserver -H -R 0 pop-3 \
/var/qmail/bin/qmail-popup my.popserver.com\
/home/vpopmail/bin/vchkpw /var/qmail/bin/qmail-pop3d Maildir &
Everytime I try and retrieve the mail I get the following error:
Err- this user has no $HOME/Maildir
If this because the qmail-pop3d program does no know where my Maildir is
located? If so, where to I tell it if the users are all virtual?
If that's not the problem, I hoping someone has experienced this before and
has foung the solution.
