Explain briefly.
The folloing.. composition of system is my planning.
First, my goal is supporting 300,000 imap users,
using Vpopmail 4.9.4+Courier-IMAP1.1+Qmail1.3+MySQL 3.22.xx. + My Webmail
program.(witten by PHP)
Supposing that,
Each SMTP, IMAP, WEB, authenticate DB servers are seprated and they are consist of
clusted system.
I was confronted with the two problems.
1. First problem is Serious storage system.
Each Qmail MTA received from remote host, and VDELIVER program will be deliver
virtual user's home Maildir.
But, I have a many clustered IMAP server. Each IMAP servers have to deliver same
storage system.
Do you know satisfied Storage system and protocol?
Examply, Storage system ... SAN, NAS solution and protocol... NFS....etc..
2. Second proble is Clustered System composition.
I heard that many way of Clustered System composition.
Simply, using RoundRobin DNS system... etc.
Please, I need some advice. Clustered System composition.
