vsetuserquota problem

Hi,

I am using vpopmail 4.9 using mysql authentication and want to set quota for
all users inside a virtual domain.
However, when I use the command
"vsetuserquota mydomain.com 10000000"
quota haven't changed for any user inside the domain.
But when I use this
"vsetuserquota [EMAIL PROTECTED] 10000000"
it works fine.
What's the problem?
