No, use --with-roaming-users=y to turn on the roaming users option.

The roaming-users option only takes a "y" or "n"

I suggest you don't setup your fully qualified domain name as a virtual
email domain. Only the domains you want to host virtual email accounts
for. Leave your fully qualified domain name as a "locals" domain.
