[OT] Looking for a "mbox2smtp" tool

Hello,

I am looking for a tool that would fit to the name "mbox2smtp". I would like
to issue something like

        mbox2smtp <mbox-file> <user@domain>

in order to move a users mbox to a SMTP mailaccount.
