The sqlnet.log file is from the oracle connection driver, its not vpopmail
specific.
from the error you give us it looks like its trying to add a user that
already exists, however from the sqlnet.log file it looks like you are
having connection problems with the database.

I do not use vpopmail with oracle, or any database for that matter.
Last time I checked I thought it only worked with Oracle 8 however.
I just know Oracle (fairly well, I am no DBA)

You can lookup oracle errors online however, that would be a good place to
start since it seems you know little about it.
