Hi, we use Jason Haar's scan4virus in our email gateway. It's made
especially for qmail (unlike AMaViS) and supports a wide variety of
scanners. I've contributed a bit to it, adding support for F-Secure's
scanner and also cleaning up support for Trend's filescan for linux (which
is available for free!) You can also block certain kinds of attachments
(*.vbs, *.shs, *.mp3) and also block on headers (Subject: ILOVEYOU, or a
long Date field as in the latest Outlook exploit.) I heartily recommend
it. It homepage is: http://www.geocities.com/jhaar/scan4virus/
