I'm not sure if this is a related regression, however since running 3.0.x (now I'm on 3.0.2) copy/paste is broken for VBoxHeadless sessions through RDP.
I can only copy from the Host (MacOSX 10.5) to the guests (Both CentOS5 and XP SP3) correctly.
