found what I think your asking me to find have tried to install but 
download failed I have downloaded via firefox but can't place it where 
VBox wants it. computer tell me I don't have permission (computer is 
stand alone my personal computer)to use that folder 
BTW I'm fairly new to Linux but it is the best move I ever made
