Morning everybody, I got a 4GB USB stick here, which I cannot use in my VirtualBox VMs. When I try I get the following error:

Then, I shutdown the VM from the guest. But it does not halt proprerly,
VB closes the window, and says it is still running. When closing VB and
reopening VB, the VM is displayed as "abgebrochen" (aborted,
discontinued or similar in english).
Another USB stick works like a charm, also 4GB.
The two sticks in the config:

Any hints? It is not that important to use that stick, but it would be
nice to know why it does not work.
