Hi I could see from the featurelist of VirtualBox 2.1.0: "New NAT engine with significantly better performance". I tried to download the binary package (2.1.0 for windows) and YES it has much faster upstream than before. So I build the OSE to try that out but sadly the upstream speed was back to the old slow 300Kb/s :-(
