Hello all.

I am running virtualbox 2.1.0 on an ubuntu host with windows XP as a guest.

I have enabled two adapters. One is bridged and the other is internal
network. They are both attached to wlan0 (wireless).

On bootup the bridged network gets an address from the DHCP server but the
internal network is set to 0.0.0.0 and windows puts out an error message
saying there is an IP address conflict.

After you let it sit for a while the internal net gets the IP address
169.254.205.109 which of course is not routable.

I tried setting the internal net to vnet0 but that didn't change anything.

Oh there is no IP address conflict. There are no other machines with the IP
that is assigned to the bridged interface.

Can anybody clue me on what is going on here?
