Some index_dependent_slop code found its way into the aarch64 code in the valhalla repo that isn't in mainline, and seems to have no reason to belong to the valhalla code. Removing it and unproblem listing the tests. The tests might soon fail for other reasons, but no longer fail for this one. Tested with tier8 without this failure. It's hard to reproduce in isolation.
