On Windows, I get the error when trying to link an icu library ` v8\out\x64.win.clangrelease\obj\third_party\icu\icuuc.lib : fatal error LNK1107: invalid or corrupt file: cannot read at 0x99706 ` I just upgraded to v8 - 12.7
I'm not sure of how to fix this, any ideas of what the problem is? Thanks!
