I'm seeing this same problem when I start cpu profiling.  In my 
case, StackFrameIteratorBase::SingletonFor is calling executing this line 
with a type of 0x21000000.

  StackFrame* result = SingletonFor(type);

SingletonFor returns NULL and DCHECK fails.
