Just one note:  I'm happy that the wg backed off the 'MUST NOT' language in
favor of 'SHOULD NOT' on the algorithm MTI. This allows a more graceful
migration from old cipher suites to new cipher suites, without requiring
implementers/operators to ignore requirements that are in a standards document.
