Hi, the call for adoption is over. Thanks to all who participated in it. We received some replies unconditionally supported the adoption and a few that expressed concerns about the current draft content. We think that these concerns are not blockers for adoption, since folks willing to change the draft to reflect their needs will have more opportunity to do it if the draft is a WG document.
So, we think there is rough consensus in the WG for adoption this draft. The draft is adopted. Authors, please resubmit it as WG document.
