On my not terribly large incoming mail server over the past month:

IPv6:

1227 TLS1.0
1919 TLS1.2
6249 TLS1.3

IPv4:

7838 TLS1.0
 109 TLS1.1
52621 TLS1.2
10539 TLS1.3

A lot of the v6 traffic is from Google.

Outbound is still 1.2 because I haven't gotten around to patching
the code to deal with changes from openssl 1.0.2 and 1.1.1.
