In the meanwhile I'm declaring Hannes original proposal in the rough.
Hannes - if you want to pursue carving out IoT from UTA then I suggest
you follow Orits suggestion, however that doesn't guarantee you'll get
the WGs support for making that change either.
The WGLC ends on Friday.
