Hey, imagine I have 8 notebooks and they all share the same "global variables" like FS paths, S3 paths, credentials, configuration etc. Now I'd like to have all this initialized when SparkContext is created. Imho it shouldn't be part of Notebooks because they should just use it, it should exists and be ready for use by first notebook that is started...
