Migrating zeppelin notebooks

Is there an out of the box migration tool for zeppelin notebooks when
upgrading from 0.8.2? (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ZEPPELIN-2619)
Specifically when using FileSystemNotebookRepo?
