I give up to change the REPL output color, since it’s brought from Scala itself.
By using zeppelin.flink.scala.color to be false as Jeff mentioned, it works 
well enough.

Sorry about that, my problem is not use any color for the output, but change 
the style of it.
Should we make it configurable?

You can disable the color output by setting zeppelin.flink.scala.color to be 
false
