You might want to re-import the Notebook. Maybe you tried to run it and it broke the results. The inline back-end do not depend on any interpreter, results of paragraphs are stored in the Notebook and rendered without the need to run any of the paragraphs.
If you have any error related to the HTML rendering, you should see them in your console.
