This should be captured in a log file under /logs of Zeppelin binaries. This specific warning, in believe, might be coming from the way Zeppelin is calling spark-submit?

I'm guessing this would be what I would do if passing the code on the command line to Spark. How can I see the deprecation warning within Zeppelin?
