I did little test and understand that deleting only one XWiki.XWikiGroups(1) object help me. This object was blank - http://imgbox.com/Ki2JHu62 But in version 7.1.2 - 7.1.5 admin ui work correctly with it(I don't know how this object appeared in my xwiki)
