First, you should know that the “includechilds” parameter for the PDF export is the old notion of parent/child relationship which has been deprecated in favor of Nested Pages starting with XWiki 7.4+. So for this parameter to have any action you need B to have A as parent in the sense of the parent/child relationship. Is that the case? In short, we need to modify the PDF export to support exporting Nested Pages children.
