"Project build error: Unresolveable build extension: Plugin org.xwiki.commons:xwiki-commons-tool-xar- handlers:6.1-SNAPSHOT or one of its dependencies could not be resolved: Could not find artifact org.xwiki.commons:xwiki-commons-tool-xar-handlers:jar:6.1-SNAPSHOT".
