Thanks. The first suggestion worked to add the FAQ to a space or Page. I could have sworn I tried this earlier but it is working now.
The second suggestion doesn't hide anything even though the checkbox is checked to hide it. I suspect it is because the default skin is used and the docs say the default skin doesn't hide anything.
